Founded in 2007, Frankfurt Universe is an American football team that competes in the South Division of the German Football League (GFL). Based in Frankfurt, the club plays its home matches at the Frankfurter Volksbank Stadion. The club has been a mainstay in the GFL since the 2016 season and also has a EFL Bowl victory under its belt. However, the prestigious German Bowl crown remains an elusive piece of silverware.
