Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo is a Japanese football team that is one of the competitors in the J1 league which is Japan’s highest tier of professional football. It was formed in 1996 and is known fondly as Consa. It is based in Sapporo and hosts games at the Sapporo Dome. Honors won by the club include the Japan Football League and the J league Division 2.
