Affiliated with the MLB team the Colorado Rockies, Boise Hawks is a Class A Short Season MiLB team and represents Boise, Idaho in the South Division of the Northwest League. Established in 1987, it has won six League titles and 10 Division titles and plays its home games at the Memorial Stadium. Reputed players to represent the Boise Hawks include the likes of Dan Vogelbach, Wilson Contreras and Pierce Johnson.
