AGOVV Apeldoorn, was formed in 1913 in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. The club first achieved professional status in 1954 and maintained it for almost two decades. But it had to go back to competing in the amateur league in 1971. The greatest achievement of this club was finishing as runners-up in the 1938 KNVB Cup. In 2003, the club paved its way into the professional league again, but this time its run lasted only till 2013 as its professional team had to be dissolved. The club is still very much part of the game. It competes in the Derde Klasse and plays its home games at the Sportpark Berg & Bos.
