Hobart Chargers is an Australian basketball team that is a member of the NBL1. Formed in 1997, it was a strong competitor in the now-defunct South East Australian Basketball League (SEABL) and officially became a member of the NBL1 from 2020. Honors won by the Chargers include five SEABL Conference Championships and two SEABL League Championships. It is based in Hobart, Tasmania and uses the Derwent Entertainment Centre as its home arena.
