Founded in 1974, Fischtown Pinguins is a professional ice hockey team based out of Bremerhaven, Germany. The club plays their home games at the Eisarena Bremerhaven and sports red black and white as their team colors. The club was promoted to the first-tier DEL league for the 2016-2017 season, replacing the Hamburg Freezers.
