Omaha Mavericks are the athletic team of the University of Nebraska. They participate in sports like track running, field and swimming and are known to fare extremely well in important events and games. They also participate in major sporting events like Ice-hockey, men's basketball and wrestling along with volleyball, golf, tennis, softball and women's soccer. They have also won various championships over the years.
