Kardemimmit is a Finnish folk group that's comprised of four women who play the national instrument of Finland, the kantele, in both its 15 and 38 stringed forms. The group released its debut album, Viira, in 2006 and since then Kardemimmit has continued to steadily release LPs and maintain an active performance schedule.
