Martin Hoberg Hedegaard is a Danish singer/songwriter who initially rose to fame at the age of 15 when he won the first Danish series of The X Factor. Hedegaard's debut album, Show the World, was released in 2008 and was a major success. After the LP came out, however, Hedegaard retreated from the spotlight--not playing any concerts and not granting any interviews. Hedegaard reemerged in 2015 with a new musical moniker dubbed SAVEUS with his debut single, "Levitate Me," that finds the Danish musician pursuing a distinctively hard-edged, electronic-leaning sonic aesthetic.
