The NBA D-League’s Erie Bayhawks were once affiliated with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Philadelphia 76ers, however in 2014, the club became a junior team for the Orlando Magic. The team was established in 2008, seven years after the beginning of the D-League and since then it has not had much success, with its best finish in the 2010-11 Eastern Conference, when it finished in second place. The Bayhawks play at the Erie Insurance Arena and their colors resemble more the Cavs black, gold and red than they do Orlando's blue, black and white.
