Les Chiche Capon is a band of modern clowns including Patrick de Valette, Fréderic Blin, Matthieu Pillard and Ricardo Lo Giudice. In 2000, at the Clowns' school, the three friends (de Valette, Blin and Pillard) created, les Chiche Capon. The name comes from the book of Pierre Very, Les disparus de Saint-Agil. In 2001, they played their debut show, Le saut de la mort, during the French Festival of Avignon. The band combines circus and music hall, and allows becoming better known. In 2003, launched their second show, Le cabaret des Chiche Capon. They performed in Palestine, after their meeting with the association, Clowns sans frontières (Clowns without borders). After their third show, Le Olivier Saint John Gogerty, it follows in 2012, LA 432.
