Aziz Sahmaoui is a Moroccan singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who performs a traditional North African folk style called gnawa. Sahmaoui released his debut album, Vienna Nights, in 2005 and since then he has kept busy by releasing additional LPs and maintaining an active performance schedule.
