An examination of the conflict between good and evil, Everyman is a stage drama that depicts the morality of humanity through the story of its title character, Everyman. Representing all of mankind, Everyman has led a successful life when Death comes for him. He must find a friend to speak on his behalf, recounting all the good deeds he has accomplished. However, with Death on his heels, he finds no one to back him up and ultimately learns that at the end of your life, you are alone in God's judgement of your good and evil deeds.
