Halott Pénz is a hip-hop group that was initially founded in 2003 as Hungarian artist Marsalkó Dávid's solo project. After a decade of working alone, Dávid expanded Halott Pénz into a seven-piece group. Embracing the more intricate dynamics of a full band, Halott Pénz released its first album as a proper collaboration, Szólj anyunak, hogy a városban vagyok, later the same year. The group continues to release new music together, including 2015's Valami van a levegőben.
