Mantar is a hardcore punk band from Hamburg, Germany that was founded in 2012. Comprised of Hanno Klarhardt and Erinc Sakarya, Mantar creates an intense sound by blending together elements of doom metal and experimental rock to create a distinctive sonic amalgam. After playing a number of shows during its formative years, honing its sound and refining its songwriting approach, Mantar would release its debut album, Death by Burning, in 2014.
