Mauro Pagani is an Italian musician who crafts mostly instrumental progressive rock. After rising to attention as a founding member of the rock band Premiata Forneria Marconi, he launched his career as a solo artist. Pagani dropped his eponymous debut in 1978, exposing his signature blend of blues with Mediterranean music for the first time. He's since toured throughout Europe in support of his subsequent releases, such as 2013's Siberian Education.
