Churchill is a theater production that celebrates the life of politician, war hero and Nobel Prize laureate Winston Churchill. Set during his first visit to the US, the show begins when Churchill receives a personal invitation from President Truman to speak at Westminster College. Upon arriving, he is met by an informal reception of friends and supporters with whom he shares stories. From leading Britain and their allies to victory in World War II to being defeated for re-election as Prime Minister, Churchill discusses his successes and failures as well as the joys he found with women, art and liquor. Making its Off-Broadway debut in 2015, the one-man play offers a humanizing portrait of one of the world's most beloved political figures.
