Dr. Bill Miller is a Chicago-based comedian and doctor originally from Los Angeles. Starting his performance career while studying at Northwestern University Medical School in the 1980s, Miller has created a one-man show called Doctors Are People Too that he frequently performs at comedy clubs around the Midwest.
