Poitiers Basket 86 is a French basketball team based in the city of Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. It was established in 2004 following a merger between CEP Poitiers and Stade Poitevin. It started competing in the third tier before advancing to the Pro B league, where it emerged as the winner at the end of the 2008-09 season. Poitiers splits its home games between the smaller Salle de Saint-Eloi and Les Arênes.
