White Lies

The English band White Lies makes songs that are pop friendly and easily accessible. The group is often cited as being a post punk revival band (because the retro Echo and the Bunnymen-esque sounding vocals), but the group's instrumentals have a distinctively modern sound and beg for comparisons to other bands like The Editors and The Killers. After the band released its debut album in 2009 it was quickly labeled as one of the preeminent bands to watch.
