The Czech football club 1. FC Slovácko represents the town of Uherské Hradiště in the Czech football league system. Founded in 1927 as SK Staré Město, it was rebranded as 1. FC Synot following a merger with Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště in 2000. The club adopted its current name in 2004. A winner of the Czech 2. Liga and Moravian-Silesian Football League, the club has reached the finals of the Czech Cup a couple of times. It plays its home matches at the Městský fotbalový stadion.
