O'Higgins de Rancagua more commonly referred to as O'Higgins Fútbol Club is a football club that represents the city of Rancagua in the Chilean Campeonato Nacional. Established in 1955, the club has won several honours including the Campeonato Nacional, Copa Chile, Supercopa de Chile and has also featured in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana. With the Estadio El Teniente as its home stadium, the fans have witnessed several jaw dropping matches here including fixtures from the 1962 FIFA World Cup.
