Julian Dobbenberg, who goes by the name of Julian Jordan, is a DJ from the Netherlands. After one of his demos fell in the wrong hands and got released under another name, with his tweets Julian Jordan drew the attention of electronic music label Spinnin' Records who signed him after hearing his work in 2012. Profiting from the buzz around his person, Jordan's first release "Rock Steady" was well-received as well as follow-up single "Oxford," a collaboration with house duo TV Noise. After the initial success, Jordan's label paired him up with his idol Sander van Doorn with whom he produced the hit single "Kangaroo." Soon, his progressive-infused tunes were featured in numerous blogs and talent pools, proving to the public that he was here to stay.
