The franchise immigrated to Montreal in 1996 when it moved from Baltimore, Maryland, where it had been known as the Baltimore Stallions. Playing its regular season games at Percival Molson Memorial, the team plays its playoff games at Olympic Stadium, where it can accommodate more fans.
