Founded in 1921, Oeste Futebol Clube is housed in the Arena Barueri. The team was first promoted to Série A1 in 2004 after it won the Série A2 league the previous season. In 2016 the club made a deal with Grêmio Osasco Audax under which the two teams mixed its players for a few home games. The club won the Série A2 in 2003 and has competed and placed high on various other Brazilian leagues.
