Belgian football club K.V.K. Tienen-Hageland was established in 1921 as R.C. Tirlemont. It started playing in the second division of the national league in 1931 and entered the first division for the first time in 1937. The club went through multiple name-changes before adopting its current name in 2013 following a reformation. It represents the city of Tienen, Vlaams Brabant and plays its home games at the Bergéstadion.
