K.V.C. Westerlo was formed in 1917 in Westerlo. The club which originally played in the Belgian Provincial League now plays in the Belgian First Division B. The Het Kuipje is the home ground of the football club. K.V.C. Westerlo has placed high in various Belgian leagues like the Belgian Supercup and the Belgian Cup.
