First Vienna FC is a professional football club from Vienna. Founded in 1894, it is the Austria's oldest football club and is credited with the growth and evolution of the sport in the country. The clubs history is peppered with a number of great memories, including six league titles and three domestic cup wins. Once a prominent part of the UEFA Cup, the club found it hard to keep up with the more modern teams and slipped as far back as the fifth tier of Austrian football.
