Based in Ried im Innkreis, Upper Austria, SV Ried is an Austrian football club that competes in the Austrian Football Second League. The club was founded in 1912 and played in the regional leagues of Austria till the 1990s when it reached the upper echelons of the Austrian Football League. With its home stadium as the Keine Sorgen Arena, the club has won major honours in Austrian football as the winners of two Austrian Cups, an Austrian First League Championship and has had a presence in European Championships after featuring in the Cup Winners Cup, UEFA Cup and the UEFA Europa League Playoffs.
