Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks is an Australian professional rugby league team that is based in the city of Cronulla. Founded in 1963, it first competed in the New South Wales Rugby League and the Australian Rugby League, before joining the National Rugby League in 1998. While the club struggled with form in its early years, it was quick to find its footing and earn a bunch of silverware.
