Buffalo Daughter is a Japanese rock group based out of Tokyo. Making a stylized form of experimental alternative rock that's bolstered by the use of analog synthesizers, Buffalo Daughter has become a popular Japanese musical export since forming in 1993. Thought the group has released a steady stream of albums, starting off with its 1996 debut LP, Captain Vapour Athletes, Buffalo Daughter is primarily known as a live band with an engrossing stage presence.
