Southern Redbacks is a first-class cricket club which was founded in 1887. The team represents the state of South Australia in domestic matches. It plays at the gigantic Adelaide Oval and features a roster which has had many impressive players like Darren Lehmann, Ian Chappell and Sir Donald Bradman. Having such a fleet of top of the class players helped the team win the Sheffield Shield and One-Day Cup matches a number of times.
