Melbourne Aces was formed in 2009 and is one of the six founding teams of the Australian Baseball League. Altona’s Melbourne Showgrounds was the team’s home until 2012 after which they shifted to the Melbourne Ballpark. With a roster that has featured exceptional players like Delmon Young and Colin Willis, the team managed to outperform others and win ABL Championships and Minor premierships.
