The Potomac Nationals was an American minor league baseball team that competed in the Northern Division of the Carolina League. Founded in 1978, the club was a Class A - Advanced affiliate for the Washington Nationals and had seen a number of star MLB players pass through its system, including Barry Bonds, Albert Pujols and Joey Votto. The team hosts its home games at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge, Virginia.
