Codes in the Clouds

While the majority of post rock bands tend to sound like music that's amplified by an iguana, the British band Codes in the Clouds manages to sound like a cohesive group that can crank out intelligent music that's well rounded and impervious to criticism. Formed in 2007 and comprised of five guys who are extremely adept on their respective instruments, Codes in the Clouds is on the right path to notoriety if it continues creating its characteristic style of larger than life, cinematic, instrumental rock.
