Merlin, Gandalf and Harry Potter are all wizards. They're able to dole out magic spells, flick wands around and fly about on brooms (occasionally). While Tom (last name unknown), the mastermind man behind the chillwave outfit Wizards, is no wizard per se, he does craft wafty electronic music, compose enchanting synth melodies and conjure up nostalgia with his songs. His music might be considered slightly downtempo when stacked up against other chillwave artists like Neon Indian and Washed Out, but his slightly lurid tunes are full of introspective beats and soothing low end bass lines.
