The Heavy

UK-based four piece The Heavy was formed in 2007 and quickly grabbed the attention of label heads with its guitar-driven neo soul. Since releasing its debut album on Ninja Tune, The Heavy has been featured on countless television series, a commercial aired during the Superbowl and after performing on The Late Show with David Letterman was asked by Letterman to play an encore, the first time a band has ever been asked to do this on the show. At this rate, the band's popularity is bound to only expand further.
