Britta Persson

Swedish indie pop songstress Britta Persson left her hometown of Uppsala for Stockholm, in the hopes of getting her big break in 2004. Since then, she has successfully produced catchy pop with straightforward lyrics and has received acclaim throughout Sweden for her three studio albums. Working with popular Swedish band Camera Obscura, Persson has recently developed her pop songwriting structure to include more complex arrangements, but still maintains her characteristic to-the-point lyrics.
