Shane M. Donnelly began recording under the pseudonym Many Mansions in 2005 and performing shortly after in various Boston coffee shops and venues. Soon his solo project developed into a full fledged five-piece band that churned out drone-heavy ambient psych. After recently releasing a debut split 7" single with other local band Truman Peyote, the two bands embarked on a world tour.
