Junip

The Swedish indie-rock band Junip took a long time to get going. The band formed in the late 90s when the trio was in high school, but the band quickly went into a decade-long gestation period while the members pursued their own interests. Largely spurred by singer/guitarist Jose Gonzalez's success as a solo artist, the band reunited and, once again, began crafting its signature brand of atmospheric, Americana-inflected indie-folk.
