Hand of Mercy

Hand of Mercy is a five-piece hardcore punk band from Sydney, Australia that was founded in 2007. Starting out with a strong DIY approach to everything it touched--including recording, booking its shows and distributing its music--the group wallowed in an artistically pure and commercially unencumbered environment for years, before becoming more of a recognizable band in the Australian punk scene. The band's fledgling years helped the group refine its sound and polish its approach, molding Hand of Mercy into an unrelenting powerhouse that isn't afraid to commit itself wholeheartedly to its craft.
