Connoisseurs of finely arranged modern jazz are an interesting lot. They like their music to be tasteful, refined and loaded with instrumental virtuosity. These musical characteristics, and several others, can be found in the ornate jazz compositions written by Swedish musician Linus Lindblom. His attention to detail is astonishing and after hearing the looseness with which him and all his musicians play with, it's easy to see why Lindblom is hailed as one of the few musicians who is able to apply a staunch instrumental prowess and casual approach to delicately written jazz tunes.
