7 Seconds

7 Seconds is a hardcore punk band from Reno, Nevada that was formed in 1980. Releasing its debut EP Skins, Brains and Guts 1982, the band proved itself to be a group that isn't afraid to interject several varied genres into its sound to achieve a sonic style that it believes to be true to the punk ethos. Though the band has experienced a number of lineup changes throughout its decades long existence, it has nevertheless managed to maintain a respectable touring and recording schedule to appease its dedicated fans.
