Written by Franca Rame and Dario Fo, Woman Alone is the story of a housewife essentially imprisoned in her flat by her jealous husband after she falls in love with a young student. In the latest production directed by Matthew Parker, Woman Alone has five women playing the various aspects of the lead character through a mixture of slapstick comedy and raw affectations. Presented by DogOrange, which won a Stage Acting Excellence Award for its latest production of Chekov's Ward No. 6, Woman Alone is sure to be an audience pleaser.
