London Philharmonic Orchestra

England's premiere orchestra based out of Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall tours regularly throughout the world. It plays a variety of classical composers including Tchaikovsky, Mahler, Prokofiev and Beethoven, as well as original pieces by the orchestra's resident composer Julian Anderson. It has also worked with Hollywood directors to compose and play scores for such films as The Lord of the Rings and Lawrence of Arabia. A night spent with the London Philharmonic Orchestra is one not to be missed.
