Sharing a love for guitar and psychedelic music, vocalist and guitar player Ben Romans-Hopcraft and guitarist Leo Dobsen came together in founding Childhood in 2010. In a later stage, fellow students at Nottingham University Daniel Salamons (bass) and Jonny Williams (drums) completed the four-piece rock band. From its London headquarters, the band has flown out to tour the UK with Temples and Japan with Telegram and The Great Escape. Based on its first three studio tracks, Childhood received early recognition from the British press. Produced by Dan Carey, Childhood's highly anticipated debut album Lacuna was released in 2014.
