If you're able to listen to Anal Cunt and not be offended, there might be something wrong with you. The hardcore punk, or grindcore, band from Massachusetts is centered around making people squirm and with songs that make fun of homosexuals, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities and individuals who have committed suicide. There is something extremely artistic about this group, though. Any band that purposefully goes out of its way to gross out the general public must be trying to say something deeper about how society is offended and how individuals each have something that they can be provoked by. The group has been going at it since 1988 and despite a number of lineup changes, Anal Cunt continues to be a reliable band for fans of hardcore and punk music.
