Fred Pellerin

Fred Pellerin is a professional storyteller. There aren't many of them nowadays, but Pellerin's engaging, slightly fanciful tales have earned him recognition in the 21st century with a substantial audience--mainly children. The native of Quebec was told age-old stories by his grandmother when he was younger and now Pellerin updates the stories for a wider audience and puts his own eclectic spin on a lot of the pieces. His stories typically tend to resonate extremely well with a good amount of people and a few films have been made that are based off of his yarns.
