With vintage analogue synthesizers and raptly dance inducing rhythms, the Norwegian electro outfit Casino Kids has been busy catching ears of educated listeners ever since the group banded together in 2005. The outfit is often labeled as a electropop group, but this label is unwarranted and the group's sound is more comparable to rock aesthetics than gimmicky pop. All labeling aside, though, Casino Kids is one of the more promising acts of its generation and with more touring, there's no doubt that the band will realize it's potential and create some extremely pertinent music.
