French people have a lot of cool things. They've got the Eiffel Tower, plenty of wineries, the Louvre, the Palace of Versailles and even a few reputable music schools. But if budding musicians really want a proper sonic education, it's definitely in their best interest to cross the pond and study at the revered Berklee College of Music. The renowned institution has trained numerous, almost countless, throngs of musicians and it has a reputation as being the best school for music in the world. The college's accreditation no doubt played a large role when a young French musician named Andre Manoukin enrolled there when he was 20. The ensuing education created an extremely talented musician and led him to focus his virtuosic talents on jazz when he composes. Though Manoukian's concerts aren't rousing affairs, they're extremely tasteful and well suited for the music connoisseur who knows the difference between good and bad music.
